BYB Fall Minor League Rules: 2007

This league, new in 2006, will use BYB Spring Major B rules on a provisional basis, as experience dictates and subject to modification, with the following exceptions:

1. Modified safety balls, which are softer and safer than ordinary hardballs, are used in all practices and games. These are the same balls used in the BYB spring Minors league.
2. All teams use inclusive batting orders: all eligible players at the field start and remain in the batting order throughout the entire game regardless of whether they are playing a defensive position.
3. Pitch counts are not mandatory.
4. Scores are not recorded.
5. The league will not sponsor postseason playoff games.
