BYB takes seriously your privacy and our obligation to use your personal contact information only in the manner in which it was intended.

• BYB provides guardian names and mailing addresses to the Town of Brookline Parks and Recreation Department for the purpose of communicating important information about using town facilities.
• BYB occasionally performs e-mailings for other non-profits, such as At Bat for Brookline, offering baseball-related services we feel may interest our users. We do not provide to other groups our users' actual e-mail addresses or phone numbers.
• In accordance with Massachusetts law, BYB collects CORI forms for the purpose of conducting criminal history checks on all coaches and other volunteers associated with our program.
• BYB registration fees can be paid on-line by credit card or electronic check. All payment activity is performed by Authorize.net, an industry-standard on-line transaction processing company. Credit card and electronic check numbers are submitted directly by users to Authorize.net's secure servers. BYB does not handle or have access to any individual credit card or electronic checking account information. We do monitor payment status to ensure compliance with BYB payment policies and issue refunds as needed.
• Photographs of BYB games and activities may be posted on our website or used in other BYB publications. Such photographs will not include players' names or other identifying information.

Registering for a BYB event constitutes knowledge and acceptance of this privacy policy.
