Brookline Youth Baseball is an all-volunteer recreational sports organization dedicated to boys and girls from the first grade through 18 years of age living in Brookline, attending Brookline public or private schools or whose guardians work in Brookline. We work closely with the Brookline Recreation Department and welcome all children regardless of gender, race, religion, ethnicity or athletic ability!

BYB's largest program is Spring Baseball, which runs from April through mid-June. Players are introduced to the game in Instructional League and AA and progress through Minor League, Major B, Major A and Senior/Pony League. At each level the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, and mutual respect are emphasized.

BYB also offers recreational and competitive Summer programs, developmental Fall programs and Winter instructional clinics to help players develop their baseball skills.

These programs are accomplished by an all-volunteer Board of Directors and coaching staff. Generous sponsor donations by community businesses and organizations, combined with registration fees, provide equipment for our children, continuing clinics and instruction for coaches and players, and support for our fields and playgrounds.
